MIDAS-25

The International Conference on Methods in Data Science (MIDAS 25) is a three-day academic event that focuses on the mathematical foundations that drive data science. Experts in mathematics, statistics and industry will come together to share new ideas and explore future directions in turning data into insights. Key themes include linear algebra, topological data analysis, graph theory, probabilistic models, optimization, machine learning, trustworthy AI, and innovative tools for big data. The programme will include Plenary Talks, Contributed Papers, Interactive Sessions, and Panel Discussions, offering participants a valuable platform for learning, collaboration, and networking.

Call for Papers

Original research papers may be submitted for presentation in the contributory paper sessions. Authors are requested to submit abstracts (both PDF and LaTeX files). Submissions on any topic related to the conference themes are welcome. All abstracts and papers must be written in English.

Participants who wish to present a paper must submit an abstract of up to 300 words electronically. All selected abstracts will be published in the conference proceedings with ISBN number.

Accepted papers from the contributory sessions will be considered for publication in the Springer Proceedings in Mathematics & Statistics (SPMS). This series is indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.
